TROUBLESHOOTING

When trying to join the Minecraft Server no matter which Minecraft version you're playing on (Bedrock or Java), you're still very likely to run into some problems. In this section of the MC Website I will show you most of the things you may come accross and how to fix it.

JAVA / BEDROCK:








Number 1:

You may find out when you try and join the THEODAN Server that it is Offline, and it probably is. I Am going to tell you how to fix that.

Now, login using the following details;

USERNAME: THEODANSMP

PASSWORD: THEODANSMP

Make sure to do all of the CAPS. Then click the 'LOGIN' button.

Next, click on the 'Start' button and it may ask you to watch an advert or it may just start the server. 







If any Error messages like the one showed above comes up while trying to join the server, click 'Back To Server List'.


Number 3:

This error is when you try to join the server but it says 'Outdated Client Please Use A Newer Version'.








Problem 4:

This problem is when you are trying to join the server but it says 



I will tell you about all of the problems you may come accross when joining the THEODAN Server on Java.






Firstly, open Aternos by clicking HERE next click on the 'PLAY' button.




You should come up with a screen like the image on the left of this and then click the 'Theodan' button.



Once the server is online, it will turn GREEN and then start a timer (which is how long you have to join the server). Once the server is online, you can join!




Number 2:

The error number 2 is any error messages when trying to join the server even while it's online.


Next, click the refresh button a few times and then rejoin the server by clicking the small Arrow or clicking the 'Join Server' button. This should fix any error messages

This problem is quite an easy problem to fix, all you have to do is update your Minecraft launcher. As you are probably on a older version of Minecraft!

Sadly, there is nothing that you can do about this error message as it is nothing to do with YOU, it's to do with the server and only an Admin or an Owner can fix it. If you get this error message, I would reccomend wating 3-4 working days before rejoining as it will probably have been updated (though this is not always the case)!
